Provide Quality Proof
For perishable items or damaged goods, please upload a clear photo showing the issue to help us improve our sourcing and packaging.
Pack and Ship
If the items are non-perishable and eligible for return, use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the products back in their original packaging.
Receive Refund or Credit
